![]() ![]() I like to sleep in a cool room but my wife was cold since the bed did not have a spread or duvet, just a sheet over a thin blanket over another sheet with a useless bed scarf. The mattresses were cheap and springy, and the total of FOUR pillows for two queen beds (yes, one pillow per guest at full occupancy) were small and lumpy. The doorwall was filthy on the outside (OLD bird droppings) and the rail was dirty and rusty. The vent for the air conditioning was DISGUSTING! It did not look like they had ever been cleaned. The room was dirty (dust and dirt behind furniture and under the bathroom sink). The floor we were on (8) was anything but "recently renovated." If you have a nostalgia for the '80s you would feel right at home here. We got our bags up to the room on our own since it was already late and we needed to get to bed. We were told bluntly that they did not "loan" luggage carts for the use of guests (typical for Nevada Casinos but an inconvenience nevertheless). Since we chose not to valet park (a feature we thought was attractive), our only option was either to leave our bags at the door and call down to have them delivered at their convenience, or carry them ourselves fromn the parjing lot. However, our experience here the last two nights ranks as one of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had. ![]() ![]() As a business owner on the receiving end of reviews, I am very reluctant to give a negative one. ![]()
